PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

1. Orders Subject to Acceptance
   All orders are subject to approval and acceptance in writing by Speedmatrix Pte Ltd or Speedmatrixdepot.com ("Speedmatrix Pte Ltd")
2. Entire Agreement
   Acceptance of orders, whether oral or written, is based on the express condition that Buyer agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein. Acceptance of delivery by Buyer will constitute Buyer's assent to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions represent the complete agreement of the parties, and no terms or conditions in any way adding to, modifying or otherwise changing the provisions stated herein, including by custom, usage of trade or course of dealing or performance, shall be binding upon Speedmatrix Pte Ltd unless made in writing and signed and approved by an officer of Speedmatrix Pte Ltd. No modification of any of these terms will be effected by Speedmatrix Pte Ltd's shipment of goods following receipt of Buyer's order, shipping request or similar forms containing printed terms and conditions conflicting or inconsistent with the terms herein.
3. Modification and Termination
   These terms and conditions apply to all buyers accessing the Speedmatrix Pte Ltd website and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Speedmatrix Pte Ltd without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
4. Prices
   All prices are subject to adjustment, without notice, to Speedmatrix Pte Ltd's prices in effect at the time an order is accepted by Speedmatrix Pte Ltd. Any increase in transportation rates or any changes in routing resulting in an increase in transportation costs shall be paid and borne by Buyer.
5. Payment
   Speedmatrix Depot accepts payment by Paypal (including major credit cards). We also accept International Bank wire/telegraphic transfer. Please contact Customer Service at: askdepot@speedmatrixdepot.com for further instructions.
   
   Your credit card company will bill in you in your home currency at the current exchange rate.
6. Force Majeure
   Speedmatrix Pte Ltd shall not be liable for delays in shipment or default in delivery for any cause beyond Speedmatrix Pte Ltd's reasonable control including, but not limited to, (a) government action, war, riots, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, embargoes or martial laws, (b) Speedmatrix Pte Ltd's inability to obtain necessary materials from its usual sources of supply, (c) shortage of labor, raw material, production or transportation facilities or other delays in transit, (d) labor difficulty involving employees of Speedmatrix Pte Ltd or others, (e) fire, flood or other casualty, or (f) other contingencies of manufacture or shipment. In the event of any delay in Speedmatrix Pte Ltd's performance due in whole or in part to any cause beyond Speedmatrix Pte Ltd's reasonable control, Speedmatrix Pte Ltd shall have such additional time for performance as may be reasonably necessary under the circumstances. Acceptance by Buyer of any goods shall constitute a waiver by Buyer of any claim for damages on account of any delay in delivery of such goods.
7. Taxes
   Your country may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters your country. You are responsible for paying any additional charges. Buyer is required to pay applicable taxes or type approvals in your country. Speedmatrix Depot cannot supply customs tax and duty information. Please contact your local customs office to find out what laws are applicable in your country.
8. Shipping
   Speedmatrix Depot ships to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available as an option in the checkout process, we are not able to ship to your country.
   
   Speedmatrix Depot uses Door to Door courier Air Express as a preferred shipping method to determine shipping and handling charges.
   
   In the very unlikely event that shipping charges will be higher than originally estimated, you will be notified by email before charges are made to the credit card. Expedited shipments (1 and 2 day air) are not available at this time.
   
   The cost for carriage is calculated on volumetric weight and final destination. If you would like to know the exact carriage costs before we dispatch, please feel free to contact us for a quote. Please note that there may be additional shipping charges to your location.
   
   Under no circumstances will we falsify invoices or shipping labels.
   
   Additional Information - Speedmatrix Depot may request additional identification from you before processing your order. We will contact you via email in regards to these requirements.
   
   We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.
9. Limited Warranty
   The following Limited Warranty applies to the original consumer Buyer, referred to in the Limited Warranty as "you": Speedmatrix Pte Ltd. ("Speedmatrix Pte Ltd") warrants that brands will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year or otherwise stated by the manufacturer or local practise. This warranty only extends to the original consumer buyer.
   
   This warranty does not cover defects or failures due to abuse, neglect, alteration, accidents or wear and tear attributable to normal use. Defects resulting from untrained disassembly, or upgrades are not covered.
   
   At its option, Speedmatrix Pte Ltd will repair or replace, or refund the purchase price of which is defective or fails to conform with this warranty under normal use and service. To obtain service under this warranty, contact the Authorized Speedmatrix Pte Ltd Dealers from which you bought the product . You will need to provide proof of purchase.
   
   In addition, Dahon warrant all Dahon frames and folding mechanisms to be free from defect in material or workmanship for a period of five years from the date of original retail purchase. Please refer to http://www.dahon.com/support/warranty.htm. To activate this, your bike must be tuned by a bicycle mechanic before your first ride and you send in your product registration card or register online at Speedmatrix will only cover warranty shipments between Singapore and Dahon for the first 12 months only if it is within warranty and Dahon agrees to the warranty claim. The customer is responsible for all shipping and inward/outward carriage charges to Singapore.
10. Return Policy
    (1) Non-Deliveries: For returns caused by delivery attempts to bad addresses, shipments refused by the recipient, or shipments that are undeliverable for any reason other than errors attributed to Speedmatrix Pte Ltd, all shipping charges assessed by the carrier plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund credit to be issued to Buyer's credit card. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to Speedmatrix Pte Ltd, and any address correction fees. Any replacement product must be ordered again as a new order number and will include freight.
    
    (2) Warranty Claims: If Buyer has a product warranty claim under the Speedmatrix Pte Ltd Limited Warranty, the product should be returned to the Speedmatrix Pte Ltd along with proof of purchase. At its option, Speedmatrix Pte Ltd will repair or replace, or refund the purchase price of, any defective product. If the product is repaired or replaced, Speedmatrix Pte Ltd will ship the product back to Buyer at the Buyer's cost. If a refund is issued, a credit for product cost, shipping and any handling fee will be credited to the Buyer's credit card account.
11. Limitation of Liability
    Speedmatrix Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Speedmatrix Pte Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
12. Copyright
    The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code, is copyrighted as a collective work under Singapore and other copyright laws, and is the property of Speedmatrix Pte Ltd. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Speedmatrix Pte Ltd . Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Speedmatrix Pte Ltd. Buyer further agrees not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.
13. Trademarks
    “SPEEDMATRIX PTE LTD” or “SPEEDMATRXDEPOT.COM”, “Fun on wheels for everyone”, and all other trademarks, service marks and trade names of Speedmatrix Pte Ltd used in the site are trademarks owned by Speedmatrix Pte Ltd.
14. Typographical Errors
    In the event that a Speedmatrix Pte Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Speedmatrix Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Speedmatrix Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and Buyer credit card charged. If Buyer's credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Speedmatrix Pte Ltd will issue a credit to Buyer's credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
15. Notice
    Speedmatrix Pte Ltd may deliver notices to Buyer by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address Buyer has provided to Speedmatrix Pte Ltd.
16. Miscellaneous
    Buyer's use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Singapore without regard to its choice of law provisions, and, for international sales, the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (1980) is excluded. Buyer agrees that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Speedmatrix Pte Ltd products) shall be Singapore Laws. Any cause of action or claim Buyer may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Speedmatrix Pte Ltd products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Speedmatrix Pte Ltd's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Speedmatrix Pte Ltd may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to Buyer.
17. Use of Site
    Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including Speedmatrix Pte Ltd or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
18. Participation Disclaimer
    Speedmatrix Pte Ltd does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Speedmatrix Pte Ltd is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Speedmatrix Pte Ltd reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Speedmatrix Pte Ltd in its sole discretion.
19. Indemnification
    Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Speedmatrix Pte Ltd its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Vendors") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to Buyer's account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by Buyer or any other person accessing the site using Buyer's Internet account.
20. Third-Party Links
    In an attempt to provide increased value to our buyers, Speedmatrix Pte Ltd may link its site to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Speedmatrix Pte Ltd, Speedmatrix Pte Ltd has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Speedmatrix Pte Ltd. These linked sites are only for Buyer's convenience and therefore Buyer accesses them at his/her own risk. Nonetheless, Speedmatrix Pte Ltd seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
21. Refund Policy
    Refunds will be strictly considered only for non delivery of Preorders beyond 30 days of original scheduled date. Registrants will be charged applicable Bank finance charges and credit card processing charges upon agreed cancellation. Cancellation requests has to be submitted 30 days before scheduled arrival date of bikes.
22. Refused Orders
    Any International order on which the recipient refuses to pay duties or customs is a refused order. If the order is returned to Speedmatrix Depot, the customer is subject to all applicable freight costs, brokerage fees and all customs/duties fees. We are happy to answer any questions you might have at order time so give us a call and we'll help you out.
23. COD and Singapore Orders
    COD and Singapore orders are not accepted at this time.
24. Institutional Purchase Orders
    Institutional purchase orders (military, government, schools and universities) are not accepted at this time.
25. Parental Verification of Orders
    Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to verify any order placed by phone before an order will be processed. Also, our phone representatives may limit the length of inquiry calls.
    
    When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store's prices are not refundable.
