The profile of the chain wheel increases the lever on the crank. We have developed a package of chain wheels equipped with a non-circular teeth curve to reach the maximum obtainable efficiency of the Vista Magic X pedal.

The combination Vista Magic X pedal / My Vista pedal + Vista Synchro chain wheel allows you to increase your power by 8 %. Using the elliptical chainrings have been proven to increase pedalling wattage, lowering lactic acid build up. Climbs hills easier and recover from fatigue better by overcoming the dead zone.

All Chainrings are CNC machined chainrings that are ovalised to enhance the effects of the pedal design. Although the rider gains significant benefit from the pedals without the use of the matching chainring, the rings certainly give improved performance

CNC machined elliptical rings are made from solid billet, rather than stamped from sheet material - hence they are more accurately made, more durable and generally stiffer than their cheaper, more commonplace relatives, the stamped chainrings, that so many manufacturers use.
