Buy only from AUTHORISED dealers in Singapore. Bikes from non authorised dealers* may have unregistered serial numbers or serial numbers filed off. These are bikes do not pass international QC, have rejected welding points and parts that may compromise rider safety. Make sure your authorised dealer gives you all the necessary manual(s), Dahon/DNA/DrHon warranty cards/forms & items given by Dahon/DNA/DrHon. Have the bike tuned by a trained bike technician before you register online* with DNA/DrHon to avoid voiding the warranty on the frame and folding parts. Dahon only requires a warranty form registration maintain by the Distributor.
Insist on original warranty cards and manuals. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable, meaning secondhand bikes warranty cover is not applicable. The warranty is activated when the bicycle is tuned and adjusted by a professional mechanic before the owner's first ride.

Dahon/DNA/DrHon warrants its bicycle frames, handleposts, and rigid forks to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years (Dahon/DNA*/DrHon*).
Suspension forks and rear shocks shall be covered by the warranty of the original manufacturers.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, fork, or defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. Claims under this warranty must be accompanied by a photo of the defective part, a description of the defect, the serial number of the bicycle, and a receipt of the original retail purchaser. This warranty only covers bicycles and components purchased through an authorized Dahon/DNA/DrHon dealer and is only valid within the country in which the bicycle was purchased. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, damage or failure due to accident, misuse or neglect, or modification of the frame, fork or components.
Making a claim:
1. Bring your bike to your Dealer with your invoice on hand
2. Explain the defect and take high quality pictures
3. The Dealer will be contacted for next steps
